Rathanart Somphruek, O.D., received her Doctor of Optometry from the University of the Incarnate Word and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Houston in 2021.

Dr. Somphruek was drawn to optometry through her passion for helping people protect and preserve their vision, one of the most vital parts of everyday life. She believes that clear, healthy sight impacts everything we do, from reading and learning to connecting with others. Her goal is to provide excellent clinical care while also educating patients on the importance of preventative eye exams and long-term vision health.
